I am a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher. I teach classes in the Iyengar tradition in Boynton Beach, Delray Beach and Boca Raton, Florida . I have regularly scheduled classes in Boynton and Boca Raton.
I have special classes once a month. The Restorative class is held on a Sunday and the Special 2 hour class is held on a Monday. Information about the dates and times for these classes can be found by clicking on Special Classes

I offer Iyengar Certified Yoga Instruction via regularly scheduled 1½ hour classes.
Whenever you bring a new friend to class, your class is free that day!
For health reasons, please bring your own mat to class.
Individualized Yoga Sessions are for 1 hour and the fee is $80.00. A one-on-one session can help to customizeYoga to your needs. Whether you practice Power, Vinyasa, Restorative, Ashtanga, Anusara, Iyengar or require Adaptive Therateutic Yoga Jo Ann's insight will be a vital contribution to your wellness. . Some students, who are new to Yoga, prefer to have 1 or 2 private sessions to familiarize themselves with the Yoga poses.Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about scheduling a one-on-one session
Iyengar Yoga is a wonderful tool to help everybody enjoy Yoga!
I am also now offering what I call YOGA911. This is for when you have a problem and cannot get to a class. You can call me, on my cell, 561-265-9909, and I will offer some poses that you can do at home. I will ask for a love donation to my prop fund, so that I can buy more props for my students
